DevSecOps Specialist (Vollzeit | Utrecht)

We’re looking for a highly motivated DevSecOps Specialist to join our team and take ownership of embedding security into every stage of our development and operations lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally to secure infrastructure, build best practices, and ensure our platforms remain resilient, scalable, and compliant.

Responsibilities:
• Seamlessly integrate security into the development and operations pipeline.
• Develop, document, and promote infrastructure and software security best practices.
• Provide expert recommendations and perform in-depth analysis of security incidents and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to consult on secure design and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the DevSecOps and infrastructure landscape.
• Design and implement secure solutions to meet infrastructure and compliance requirements.
• 1st-level support for Windows laptops and M365 Office apps.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure that the Dutch business received adequate IT support.

Requirements:
• Experience with virtual machines, SQL servers, and Azure infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of M365, Exchange, Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware environments.
• Endpoint Management. Intune, Autopilot, and MDM technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of security threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
• ISO 27001 / NIS2 compliance experience.
• Experience working with Bastion for Azure protection, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview / Sentinel
• Jenkins and automation tooling experience.
• Familiarity with routers, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with C# and Python.
• Web Development: HTML, CSS, WordPress.
• Exposure to CRM, PM, and DM systems.
• Modern DevOps Tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
